Additional Coaching Components
In addition to providing life coaching based on powerful questions and supporting you in developing your agenda for the life you wish to lead, Andy can also provide several coaching components that can be integrated into your sessions according to your requirements.
Each component allows you to increase your awareness, re-perceive your world in a new way and build on your new insights.
During the first chemistry session we will discuss what you wish to achieve over the coaching period, the coaching elements you feel drawn to and how they can serve your purposes. Then if you decide to go ahead we will co-design a coaching package tailored to your needs.

Meditation or Attention training is an ancient practice which is becoming increasingly relevant in our fast-paced modern world. It has a unique ability that can relieve stress and help us find greater presence in our daily lives.
Today even large corporations (see this article) are starting to appreciate the usefulness of calming the mind and reconnecting with one's inner resources.
Drawing on his extensive buddhist monastic training Andy can provide you with instruction in meditation, guide you through simple secular techniques, answer your questions and help you to discover your own mental stability, awareness and insight. This can take place as part of the coaching session via Skype or by meeting in person.

Voice Dialogue Facilitation
Another tool Andy uses is the voice dialogue method which helps you to access your untapped strengths and make more balanced and appropriate decisions. This method developed by Drs Hal and Sidra Stone is also an invaluable tool for developing empathy and healthy relationships. See the video below for a brief introduction:
Working on Limiting Beliefs

So much of what holds us back in life are simply the habitual thoughts and beliefs that we keep repeating to ourselves.
We often want to achieve something in our life yet we tell ourselves we are not good enough, not ready, too old, too young etc. etc... The problem is that we listen to these beliefs and they become self-fulfilling prophecies.
Breaking the chains of these limiting beliefs often requires support in identifying them and then finding strategies to move beyond them.
Andy uses a series of questions that help you to see where you are holding yourself back and how you can reframe your beliefs so that you move into the action that creates the fulfillment you deserve.

Due to Andy's extensive training in Buddhist monasticism and psychological inquiry, if it is of interest to you, he can also provide support for your spiritual development. Whilst much of my spiritual insight draws on the wisdom of the Buddhist tradition, the support Andy offers is completely non-denominational and of benefit whether or not you have any particular belief.
Amongst the notions we can explore are the relationship between acting in our own self-interests and living selflessly, your purpose in the world and how you might integrate deeper connection, wisdom and compassion into your life.
