FACILITATION - Where are "WE" heading?
“No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third
mind.”

mind.”

If we take an honest look at the world today it doesn't take a genius to recognise that the models through which our businesses, our social, religious and cultural institutions are run are experiencing something of a crisis. Even our personal relationships are under increasing stress as the demands of a hyper-connected society require new approaches and skill sets to deal with ever-increasing inputs and complexity.
As Einstein said "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it." If you, your organisation, business or relationship is experiencing problems perhaps it's time to think outside of the box.
Perhaps it is time to stop approaching our problems from a personal, individual perspective and start looking for what "we" need.
For a more thorough explanation of what this means see THIRD ENTITY below.
DYNAMIC FACILITATION
This facilitation method is a way to help people address and solve difficult, impossible-seeming issues, to think, talk, and work together collaboratively and creatively and achieve shifts and breakthroughs.
Andy has been trained in this method by its founders, Jim and Jean Rough, to facilitate group discussions on important issues. Deep divisions and opposing viewpoints are not seen as obstacles in this process which values every participant's contribution, elicits engagement and the emergence of solutions that work for everyone.
See my blog about Dynamic Facilitation here.

THIRD ENTITY
We tend to be well versed in seeing any given situation from our own individual perspective. For example in a relationship we might be angry with our partner or with our boss, they might even have issues with us. However if we shift perspectives and see things from the point of view of the relationship itself, as though it were an entity in its own right, another level of insight is available that can lead to harmonious outcomes.
Another example - John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr are a collection of four individuals but when they came together to make music a new entity, The Beatles, came into being. This is what is known as the Third Entity. Understanding that in a relationship, a team or an organisation we are part of something greater than ourselves, an entity with its own direction and perspectives can greatly deepen our commitment and alignment.
I can help you, your relationship or organisation find this alignment and purpose by uncovering and working with this "3rd entity."
Also in collaboration with coaches trained by the Center for Right Relationship I can arrange to convene Deep Democracy work for your organisation, community or team. Deep Democracy is a powerful means of facilitating a group to explore all the voices within a system. The approach helps to surface and give expression to what otherwise is usually left unsaid. It can lead to deeper levels of empathy, an understanding of a group's commonality and shared values.
